Description
8/28/25 - This is a S&W Schofield revolver made in the 1880s and chambered in .45 Schofield. This revolver is in fair condition overall and mechanically sound (note: the hammer has to be in the half-cock position to "break it apart"). The cylinder has a matching serial number to the frame. "US" property mark on the bottom edge of the butt of the frame. The gun shows virtually no finish left with noticeable tiny pitting and spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable pitting throughout.
