Single Decal Luftwaffe M40 Helmet

3/10/26- For sale is a single decal Luftwaffe M40 helmet. There is wear and some scuffing to the paint on the exterior of the helmet, particularly on the top from where it has been set upside down for storage. There are one or two small dings but no major dents or spots of serious rust. The flying eagle decal on the left side has some wear and patina covering some details but it is still clearly visible and mainly intact. The helmet also has interior wear and a few spots of light rust but no major damage. The original leather liner is present although the upper liner has separated from the headband over a space of about four inches. There is wear and light cracking to the leather but all the interior flaps are still present and attached to the liner. The chinstrap is attached on both ends but but broken in the middle, so it is two separate segments. The shell has both a lot code and a manufacturer and size code. Overall in very good condition.
