Description
10/2/20 - This is a scarce and very interested pair of Weimar era Lugers that were made on the same day ~90 years ago and have stuck together through the years. They have many similarities and interesting characteristics. Firstly, you'll see they are only 10 digits apart in serial number. Secondly, they both have blank chambers and toggles, along with police sear safety installed. The frame of the two are marked 'L.Ka.315.' and 'L.Ar.315.', indicating these pistols went to separate Police armories but were both coincidentally weapon number 315 for their respective armories. They then each were Army inspected, hence the WaA66 proofs on the right side of the receiver for both guns. Serial number 6161t has a matching magazine from the police arsenal with weapon number 315 also stamped on it, as well as the police Star/K proof. Both guns have excellent profiles with most of the wear on the grip frame. Both bores are excellent. Also includes a 1918 dated holster that was made in Nurnberg, and a cleaning rod.Specifications
