SOLD - Japanese Special Naval Landing Forces Helmet

7/16/25 - This is a rare example of a Japanese Special Naval Landing Force Helmet. The exterior of the helmet has some of the original paint remaining from the factory, as well as a partially visible hand painted anchor logo that is faded and chipped. There is extensive patina throughout the exterior, and areas of rust around the brim of the helmet. The interior metal of the helmet is missing most of the factory paint and has some areas of oxidization around the entire brin and rust near the leather liner on the right side. The liner pins and interior leather liner are intact and the interior liner is somewhat firm and brittle. the chin cord system is intact with a minor repair.
