7/17/25 - For sale is an Irwin Pedersen M1 Carbine that was assembled by Saginaw of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The carbine retains a nice finish but shows its age and some finish loss. The receiver has edge wear and light freckles of oxidation. Most of the finish loss is below the slide travel path. The barrel retains an aged finish with it starting to fade into a light grey/bare metal. The stock is in great shape without any crack or breaks. There is an RIA rebuilt stamp on the left side. The sling channel is stamped with IR-IP and the flaming bomb. The right side has a IP in a box and the cross cannons. Handguard is stamped IP. The buttplate is also stamped IR-IP. The trigger housing is stamped IP but the small parts are not. The barrel is marked "Underwood 2-43." Bore is bright with strong rifling.
