2/3/26- For sale is a Soviet submarine-style clock. The clock is a very solid enclosed nautical style clock with a submarine on the dial, suggesting that it was for naval use, but some sources also claim that Soviet clock factories also produced models for export, especially ones with evocative designs like a submarine on the dial. The clock is made from a solid steel shell about four inches tall and about nine inches across. There is light wear on the exterior but no serious damage. The key locks and unlocks the hinged top lid. The dial is very nice, with minimal wear and good coloring on the star and submarine. The clock winds easily and appears to function perfectly. There are a few inspection and serial numbers around the rim of the clock. The clock comes on a plastic panel, likely to make for easier wall mounting. Overall in excellent condition.
