Description

12/6/24 - For sale is a Pre-WW1 Model 1903 made at the Springfield Arsenal in 1910. The rifle is in nice condition overall but has seen plenty of use. The finish of the receiver and barrel has worn away and down to bare metal. The barrel has spotting of oxidation but there is no pitting. The stock is worn and has been sanded in the past. There is a crack coming from the buttplate on the left side. The right side of the stock is stamped with "BW 161." The barrel is marked SA 6-10. The bore is bright with good rifling but there is light pitting visible in the grooves.
