3/26/25 - For sale is a Kropatschek 1886 Cavalry rifle chambered in 8mm Kropatschek and was produced in 1886. The rifle is in great shape for its age with the receiver retaining a blued finish. The barrel has more patina on its finish. Both have pitting on the wood line. The stock is well worn but in good structural condition. The left side has a roundel and the serial stamped. The rear sling swivel is missing. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. The bolt is mismatched but is a correct cavalry bent bolt. the sling swievel for the middle barrel band is missing, along with 2 screws for the nose cap and the front sight post.
