Description
3/17/25 - This is an excellent example of a Steyr Hahn Model 1912 issued to the Austria-Hungarian military during WW1, in 1916. It includes capture papers, soldiers information, unmarked shoulder holster and 2 stripper clips. The gun is all matching, is dated 1916, and has the proper Austrian military acceptance proof on the right side of the trigger guard. There is no "08" on the left side of the slide, indicating that it was not converted to 9mm and is therefore still chambered in 9mm Steyr. The gun has retained about 95% of its bluing. There is general high edge wear, some thinning on the front strap, and and minor spottiness in the bluing. Fitted with period-correct wood grips. Great bore with good rifling and rates a strong 8.5 of 10. The papers are all intact. The holster is in excellent condition. Fully functional with no import marks.Specifications
