Description

12/1/23 - This is a Romanian manufactured M44 Mosin Nagant Carbine, chambered in 7.62X54R. Finish rates about 85 ~ 90% with high edge wear throughout. Bore has good rifling and rates an 8 of 10. The stock has finish wear on the left side and shows typical handling marks and dings. Full matching serial numbers - (furniture is non-serialized). The barrel shank is stamped with a wreath with the initials RPR (Romanian People's Republic), manufacturing year of 1954, the serial number, and a manufacturing mark of an arrowhead in a triangle. Import marked up near the muzzle. Fully functional.
