Description
5/29/26- For sale are two German medal bars from the post-WWI era. The Iron Cross is the famous German honor medal, issued in the millions for heroism during World War One. The Hindenburg Cross was the first medal specifically commemorating national service during WWI, regardless of heroism or injury. These medal bars would have been worn in the 1930s to symbolize honorable and at least somewhat noteworthy service in WWI. The medals all have appropriate aging and patina and the ribbons are somewhat worn but not damaged or frayed. Overall in good condition.
