Description
2/13/26 - This is a very rare Kongsberg M1914 that was assembled in 1947, following the defeat and removal of the German forces in Norway. There were only about 2,300 pistols completed after the war, all from remaining parts, so it's very common to see partial over stamping or mismatched parts on these pistols, but this example is all matching. Only ~500 were completed and roll marked with a 1947 date. This example is in excellent condition with about 96% of the finish remaining. There is a hint of high edge wear and some light scratching on parts of the slide. Nice correct black-dyed wood grips, though there's a very small chip in the edge of the left panel. The bore has excellent rifling but there is some frosting throughout. Correct lanyard mag.
