Description

3/14/24 - This is a rare and excellent H&R Reising Model 60 semiautomatic rifle.  This rifle was the semiautomatic variant of the Model 50, and were typically used by the Marines for training, guard duty and other non-combat roles.  This variant was only manufactured from 1941-1945, and this serial would be towards the end of that range.  There were only about 3,000 of this model produced during the war, compared to over 120,000 of the submachine guns.  And of that production number, about ~2000 were parkerized.  This rifle shows minor thinning and patina to the metal finish. The stock is in terrific shape with no issues. Strong, shiny bore. The listing includes a canvas sling. Also comes with a US marked mag pouch with four spare magazines. The listing also includes some spare parts.
