Description

4/1/22 - This is a custom built 1903-A4 sniper rifle using original WW2-era receiver and barrel. The mount is soldered to the receiver so the maker and exact serial aren't legible, but a serial of 3646172 would date to May of 1944, same as the barrel date. Barrel is Remington marked. Original scant stock with a replaced handguard, though it is WW2-era. Reproduction sling. The scope is a vintage Weaver 330 in Redfield-style mount with top split rings. Terrific optics and excellent bore, with just a bit of freckling near the muzzle end.
