WWII German M40 Double Decal Helmet

10/23/25 - This is a German M40 helmet with two decals. This helmet has been repainted and shows moderate wear throughout the shell, with the most significant wear concentrated internally at the top portion of shell, with heavy rusting and scratches in several areas. the leather liner appears original, but is torn through, missing the central portion, and very worn. It is held in place with 3 sections of modern cork which attach to the external rivets, one of which is loose. The decals are reapplied, reproduction, and torn in several places.
