SOLD - WW2 AEF 3rd Division Helmet - Postwar Liner

4/25/23 - This is an original WW2 US American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) 3rd Division helmet shell with a post WW2 Westinghouse M-1 liner. The helmet shell is in great condition, made by McCord with a "51B" lot number on the interior. The shell has fixed bails and an original canvas chin strap. The shell exterior has two square blue & white decals for the AEF 3rd division. The liner is post-war production with a leather chin strap. The liner bands are canvas and leather, as shown. The interior crown of the helmet is maker stamped by Westinghouse. There's some mild cracking along the edge of the liner, but still in great overall condition.
