Description

6/20/23 - This is an original 1938 dated K98 bayonet by F.W. Holler. The bayonet blade and scabbard are both maker stamped and dated on one side, and serial numbered (3368j) on the other. The blade has some very light surface speckling but no signs of sharpening and excellent, dark finish throughout. The handle has dark surface patina and some mild finish loss but is still excellent, and the grip panels have no cracks or chips. The scabbard has some speckling discoloration but the finish is still excellent throughout and there are no dents or notable flaws.
