SOLD - WW2 Springfield M1 Garand Stock (110824-7 - AB)

Description

1/28/25 - This is a good example of a WWII Springfield Armory M1 Garand stock. The stock is marked with SA/GAW, indicating inspection by George A. Wood during Springfield Armory production. It also features the firing proof test stamp and the crossed cannons ordnance stamp, both of which are characteristic of Springfield Armory-made stocks during WWII. The stock is in good overall condition, showing handling marks and some dents, with no significant damage. There is a crack in the stock near the trigger guard that is about 2.5 inches long. This stock still has it's sling swivels and butt plate. This stock would go great with any WW2 production Springfield M1 Garand rifle.
