SOLD - Early Hitler Youth Knife (121222-29)

Description

12/13/22 - This is an early example of a Hitler Youth Knife with some honest wear. The knife is early production with the "Blut und Ehre!" motto inscription and low ricasso. The blade shows some mild sharpening along the edge as well as use wear. There's dark oxidation throughout the blade, which is also maker stamped on one side as shown. The leather stopper is original and still in place. The grip has a cracked and slightly tattered Hitler Youth emblem, but its' still attached and original. The grips are otherwise in great shape. Comes with an original scabbard that has no dents but is missing most of the original paint. The leather frog shows aging and wear, and the fastening strap is broken.
