Description
1/3/22 - This is a minty example of a Double-Date DWM Luger. It was originally issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. It is all matching, has Imperial military proofs on the right side of the slide, and has a military unit marking on the front strap. It was then reworked sometime in the 1920's and re-issued to the German police force. This is evidenced by the "1920" government property marking on the chamber, added police sear safety, and cut-out for the added police magazine safety. It also has commercial "Crown N" proofs on the frame, slide, and barrel. The gun has retained about 98% of its finish. There is just very minor wear on the side plate, front edges of the side rails, and around the muzzle. A few very light handling marks here and there. Comes with excellent mismatched wood grips and a WW2-era mismatched magazine. Minty bore with some very minor frosting in some of the grooves.Specifications
