Description
3/17/23 - This is a nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. It is all matching (except for the takedown lever) and has the proper Imperial proofs. The chamber is double-dated - it has a "1920" government property marking, indicating it remained in government service after WW1. It has retained about 90-92% of its finish. The majority of the wear is around the muzzle and on the left side of the barrel. Very minor wear on the side plate and side rails. Some minor thinning and some light scratches on the front strap. Nice matching-numbered wood grips - there is a small repaired chip in the upper corner of the left panel. Comes with a WW2-era magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.Specifications
