SOLD - Excellent 1944 Waffenwerke Brunn K98

2/1/22 - This is an excellent example of a Waffenwerke Brunn K98 rifle issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All numbered parts are matching, and it has the proper waffen military acceptance proofs throughout. However, a number of the parts are not serialized such as the barrel bands, floor plate, trigger group, rear sight, and bolt release. Some of these parts may have been replaced - we cannot say for sure. The stock has no visible number, but it is "dot" proofed and has a very faint Nazi army "Eagle H" proof on the right side of the butt stock. The gun has retained virtually all of its bluing with very minor thinning on the floor plate and a few tiny scratches on the trigger guard. Some tiny freckling on the receiver. The stock is excellent with some very minor handling marks here and there and a tiny chip on the left side next to the barrel. Comes with a really nice reproduction tan leather sling. The bore is stone-mint.
