Description

3/1/22 - This is an excellent example of a Waffenwerke Brunn K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. All numbered parts on the gun are matching. The bolt release, safety lever, barrel bands, floor plate, and butt plate are un-numbered. The stock has no visible markings - it was either sanded or replaced. The butt plate does not fit perfectly, so it was likely replaced. Overall, the gun is in excellent condition with very little finish loss. There are tiny dots of oxidation at the front of the receiver and along the whole barrel. Some light scratchy wear on the floor plate and trigger guard. The stock is minty. The gun comes with an original cleaning rod and period-correct leather sling (the leather is dry and starting to crack). The bore is minty - shiny with very strong rifling.
