06/10/26 - For sale is an Inland M1 Carbine made in early 1943. The carbine was reworked after the war and issued to the Austrian Gendarmerie in the OberoÖsterreich (Upper Austria) region. The carbine had been reparkerized then later had some of its parts buffed to an almost polished blue finish. The stock is clean but there is a large repaired crack stemming from the rear of the tang, coming down to the left side of the pistol grip, then wrapping back around to the trigger guard. The bore is bright with good rifling, but the muzzle shows wear. The muzzle erosion rating is 4. The rifle has a mix of makers and parts variations and is not parts correct. Coems with a repro 30 round magazine.
