SOLD - Waffen Walther PP (303554p - 20237)

Description

5/19/22 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1943. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. This one also has a lanyard loop installed on the left side of the frame. From what we understand, this is a post-war French modification. According to our database, there is solid block of guns with this same modification for some reason. It also has a painted front sight and chamber indicator pin. In any case, it has retained about 97% of its finish. There is very minor thinning on both grip straps, minor wear around the high edges and around the muzzle, and tiny scratches along both sides of the slide. One spot of discoloration at the very back left of the slide. There is a noticeable casting flaw in the frame just below the mag release button. Comes with brownish bakelite grips and a post-war finger extension magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling and some very minor frosting in the grooves.
