Description

11/21/22 - The Langenhan pistol, officially known as the F.L. Selbstlader Cal. 7,65, is a German pistol, designed by Friedrich Langehan and used by German military men, and the police during World War I. The design of the pistol is also similar to the design of FN M1900 pistol. About 55,000 pistols were produced. This one is all matching and was issued to an Imperial German officer during WWI, as evidenced by the Imperial military proof on the left side of the frame. It has retained about 94% of its original finish. There are areas of light spotty wear around the muzzle, on both sides of the frame, and around the high edges in general. Areas of minor pin-pricking around the muzzle and on both grip straps. Comes with period-correct horn grips. There is noticeable surface cracking on the right side and a few tiny bore holes. Also comes with one period-correct magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is very minor pin-pricking throughout.
