Description
12/8/23 - The Langenhan pistol, officially known as the F.L. Selbstlader Cal. 7,65, is a German pistol, designed by Friedrich Langehan and used by German military men, and the police during World War I. The design of the pistol is also similar to the design of FN M1900 pistol. About 55,000 pistols were produced. This one is all matching and was issued to an Imperial German officer during WWI, as evidenced by the Imperial military proof on the left side of the frame. It has retained roughly 80% of its original finish. There is general high edge wear, but most of the finish loss is on the grip straps, where there is also noticeable spotty oxidation. Excellent black bakelite grips. Comes with one proper magazine. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
