Description
1/26/23 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1939. All numbered parts are matching, but the safety, sideplate and takedown lever are all unnumbered. It has the Mauser banner logo on the toggle, has an added police sear safety, and a proper police "Eagle C" marking on the right side of the slide. This gun is rare as only about 2,850 of this variation were ever produced. It has retained about 94-95% of its finish. There is minor thinning and some light scratchy wear on the grip straps and some very minor thinning on both sides of the frame. Minor wear around the muzzle and one small spot of wear on the left side of the barrel. Fitted with a minty set of un-numbered wood grips and comes with an un-numbered police Eagle C marked magazine, though the magazine was likely ground down. Minty bore.Specifications
