Description
4/7/23 - This is a nice example of a Hungarian Femaru Model 37 rig manufactured in about 1940. It is all matching and has a "St. Stephen's Crown" acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It is generally believed this a non-military mark but rather indicates commercial sale or police issue. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish. Generally, there is minor wear and light spotty brown patina concentrated around the high edges. Some areas of light pin-pricking here and there. Light scratchy wear on the front strap. Very nice period-correct wood grips. Comes with one proper magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout. The hold-open does not work properly with this magazine.Specifications
