Description
9/20/24 - This is a nice example of a Hungarian Femaru Model 37 rig manufactured in about 1940. It is all matching and has a "St. Stephen's Crown" acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It is generally believed this a non-military mark but rather indicates commercial sale or police issue. It has retained about 93% of its original finish. Generally, there is general minor high edge wear, some light somewhat scratchy wear on the grip straps, and some pin-pricking on the right side of the slide. Very nice period-correct wood grips. Comes as a rig with a leather holster and one proper magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout. The hold-open does not work properly with this magazine.Specifications
