Description

6/13/23 - This is a nice example of a Walther PPK sold in the commercial market in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" commercial proofs. It has retained roughly 90% of its high polish finish. The majority of the wear comes in the form of discoloration along the round edges of the slide, especially the right side. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there are areas of spotty oxidation throughout and obvious pin-pricking on both sides of the slide, on the front strap, and on the trigger guard. Fitted with a nice period-correct brown grip - a hairline crack on the left side and a small crack in the spine. Comes with a post-war magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with great rifling.
