7/5/23 - This is a Smith & Wesson Model 1917 revolver issued to the US military during WW1. It is matching, "United States Property" marked, and has the proper flaming bomb military proof. The gun comes as a rig with a 1917-dated holster. The gun itself has retained roughly 65% of its finish with obvious splotchy wear, discoloration, and patina throughout. Fitted with plastic grips that are painted to look like wood. Very nice bore with good rifling.
