Description

10/5/23 - This is a very nice example of a "dou 42" code Waffenwerke Brunn K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching except for the stock. The bluing rates roughly 85%. The finish loss is concentrated on the barrel bands and on the floor plate. There is some spotty oxidation on the floor plate and butt plate and some light pin-pricking on the floor plate as well. The wood furniture shows the typical signs of wear with no major damage. Mint bore. Comes with a nice leather sling.
