Description

1/12/24 - This is a very nice example of an AC 40 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. Its original high polish finish rates about 94-95%. There is thinning on the front strap, general high edge wear, wear around the muzzle, and a few small dots of wear on the left side of the barrel. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are small spots of pitting here and there. Fitted with original matching-numbered grips. Comes with a mismatched but close-in-number magazine. Like-new bore. De-cocker is functional.
