Description

8/24/23 - This is a nice example of an AC 40 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The grips are also matching-numbered and waffen-proofed. It comes with a numbered magazine in the same "b" serial block, but it is mismatched. The gun itself has retained roughly 65% of its original high polish finish. There is obvious spotty wear and spotty oxidation throughout. Very nice bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional.
