Description

7/9/24 - This is a nice example of an AC 40 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching with the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout. Its original high polish finish rates somewhere between 85-90%. There are areas of wear concentrated around the muzzle, high edges of the slide, and on the front strap. Fitted with original un-numbered "Eagle 359" proofed Walther grips. Comes with a mismatched magazine that is in the same "a" serial number block. Excellent, shiny bore. De-cocker is not functional.
