Description

3/4/25 - This is a rare Papa Nambu made in the early 1920s. Most Papa Nambu pistols were Navy issued and marked with an anchor. This one was Army issued, as best we can tell due to the lack of anchor marking. Made in the Tokyo Arsenal. It is all matching and comes as a rig with an un-marked magazine, cleaning rod, a period-correct leather holster, and 16 rounds of ammo. There is very little actual finish loss on the gun, but there is noticeable pitting on the grip straps and light freckling around the chamber and on the barrel. Fitted with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is noticeable pitting throughout.
