Description
3/25/25 - This is a scarce example of a 9mm Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German Army during WWI. This was before they started marking the grips with a "Red 9". Not every 9mm gun was marked with these grips, especially the early ones. Such is the case with this one. This example is all matching and has an Imperial military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide. Fitted with the more standard grips that are matching. Comes with a generic tan leather holster. The gun has retained about 92% of its original bluing. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and some wear along the underside of the barrel. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.Specifications
