Description

4/30/25 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser C96 issued to the Imperial German military during WW1. Chambered in 7.63mm. It is all matching with an Imperial military proof on the right side of the slide. We believe the gun has an old re-blued finish with general high edge wear, some oxidation on the right side of the frame, and minor pitting under the bluing along the barrel. Excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The rifling in the bore is noticeably worn with minor pitting throughout. Comes with a numbered but mismatched wood stock. It looks like there was a plate pinned to the side that has since been removed.
