Description
10/16/26 - This is an antique Colt Model 1860 Army percussion revolver. It is all matching, though we believe the numbering on the barrel wedge is not original to the gun. The cylinder scene is virtually entirely worn. The gun is in fair condition overall, with obvious brown "attic patina" throughout and areas of light pitting on most of the gun. Fitted with period-correct wood grips with honest bruising and wear on both sides, and noticeable dings along the bottom edges of the grips (it was common for soldiers to use these like a hammer). It is fully functional. The bore rates a 4/10, with great rifling for its age, but there is noticeable surface oxidation.
