2/13/25 - This is a beautiful example of a matching and original Sauer K98 from 1942. 'Ce' code on receiver. Matching numbers on all parts, including the stock, bands, rear sight, barrel, receiver, floorplate, bolt assembly, bolt release, follower, etc. Very nice blue overall, especially around the receiver. Some notable patina on the bands, floorplate and trigger guard. Also some dings/chatter marks on the front band. Bore has strong rifling with only minor frost. The stock is clearly numbered with sharp Heer Army proof on the right face. Rifle includes the sight hood and cleaning rod.
