Description

2/17/22 - This is a gorgeous Springfield Armory M1 Garand from 1942 that was sent to England as part of the lend-lease program. Correct Springfield parts throughout, including the SA barrel which is dated to March of 1942, the same month the receiver was made. It's a fantastic example overall with just a little bit of wear on the gas tube. Fantastic stock, though it may have been lightly sanded at some point. Inspector cartouche and crossed cannons marking present on left side of stock. Excellent bore, with a muzzle less than 2 and throat reading of 1.
