9/19/23 - This is a beautiful Winchester Model 97 in riot configuration that was issued to the Illinois State Police. Beautiful blue throughout, with minor wear on the action bar and mag tube. Minor surface freckling around the muzzle. Smooth slide action. Terrific wood furniture with hardly any handling wear. Original Winchester buttplate with no cracks. Both sides of the buttstock are marked by the ISP. E-prefix serial. Strong, shiny bore.
