Description
08/31/26 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor made in 1875. The rifle is in great shape for its age. The bluing had aged to a brownish patina/tarnish. The stock is smooth, having been lightly sanded. The left side of the buttstock has "5 6" painted. There is a crack next to the upper tang. The bore is bright with good rifling. There's some light prickling of pitting in the grooves.
