Description

3/24/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser C96 rig issued to the Imperial German military in 1916. The gun is all matching and has an imperial proof on the right side of the slide. The gun comes with a very nice Imperial proofed stock, but it is not numbered. The gun has retained about 95% of its original bluing. There are a few streaks of wear on the underside of the barrel and minor wear around the muzzle and high edges of the frame and slide. Excellent matching grips. Very nice bore - strong rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout.
