Description
8/26/25 - This is an extremely rare Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi police force in 1944. This variation has an "ac 44" marked FN-made slide that is marked with a police "Eagle F". It has a dual-tone finish with a phosphate slide and frame and blued barrel. It has both "Eagle N" and "Waffen 135" proofs. No letter suffix in the serial number. Only about 220 of this variation were made. While the gun shows very little actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation throughout, and the front and rear sight have been painted red. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips and comes with an "Eagle 359" marked Walther magazine. The bore has great rifling with minor frosting here and there. De-cocker is functional.
