Description
4/17/23 - This is a clean example of a M38 Carcano that was supplied to Finland during the Winter War. Finland was in need of arms and accepted arms from throughout Europe like the Swedish M96 Mauser, Japanese Arisaka from England, and the M38 Carcano from Italy. The rifle is clean, with even bluing and minimal dings to the stock. The stock is marked with the Terni Arsenal stamp along with the serial number. The receiver is stamped with the serial number, the SA Finnish Army stamp, and the manufacture year. The receiver and stock are serialized and matching. The bore is bright, with some slight erosion a couple inches from the muzzle. Comes with the iconic M38 folding bayonet/scabbard, which is not serialized to the gun.Specifications
