Description

2/28/25 - This is a fantastic example of a scarce, original Roth Steyr Model 1907 pistol from 1909. The original blue rates at 98% with only minor wear on either side of the muzzle, and oxidation on the grip straps. Adopted by the Austro-Hungarian Army in 1907 and manufactured by Osterreichische Waffenfabrik-Ges in Steyr, Austria, from 1907 to 1914. The pistol functions with a locked breech, rotating barrel action. Features a double action trigger, knurled cocking piece, fixed blade and notch sights, and the second variation frame with the disconnector pin. The top of the barrel is marked "WAFFENFABRIK STEYR," and the rear of the frame is marked "W.n/eagle/9". Bore has strong rifling but some pitting in the grooves. Unit marked grip disc is intact.
