Description
4/17/26- For sale is an LF&C 1917 trench knife. The blade has some patina and wear but no serious damage or noticeable rust. The edges are not sharp because the blade was intended for stabbing rather than cutting. The knuckle guard is a stamped piece of steel with hollow triangular points. There is moderate patina on the guard but no dents, scrapes, or damage. The top of the guard is stamped "U.S. L.F.&C. 1917". The wooden handle is intact with no cracking but there are a few minor chips missing. The scabbard has the proper metal throat and belt hooks with a leather body, although some of the stitching on the scabbard has come loose and the bottom few inches of the scabbard are missing. Overall in very good condition.
