Description

2/12/21 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser C96 Rig issued to the Imperial German Army in 1916. The gun is all matching and has "Crown U" and Imperial proofs. It has retained about 90% of its original finish with areas of wear around the muzzle, underside of the barrel, bottom edge of the frame, and high edges of the frame. There is noticeable brown patina on the straps. It comes with original matching grips and a post-war reproduction stock. The bore has great rifling with areas of minor pitting near the muzzle.
